And his grab range is horrendous when he's 'dry', it's true. But, there are situations that you can take advantage of which you can exploit. For example, my favorite fwd HK to Oil Rocket which you can attempt if the HK is blocked or not (it's great when blocked, IMO). That can also work with a blocked Oil Slide (like the one here at around :34). Last example, you can go for an Oil Rocket while taking a deep weak hit, while your opponent is in close. Experiment and have fun, Oil is optional!
