0https://www.moddb.com/mods/xt-tower/ Rarely do I see mods that have flown under the radar that all of a sudden I see, This sort of mini mod mappack dropped on February 16th 2018 by SabreXT, It's broken on Steam so I had to use the WON retail version of Half-Life, It's not bad or good but something unique that is a beginner's mod that doesn't suck, Something actually playable.
You play as a intern sent to the XT Tower which has been taken over by Terrorists and Aliens...and they are using all of the damn internet bandwith up! Fuckers! This one has so-so mapping with a few rough spots, Some annoying parts and some weird parts, Each floor requires a puzzle to make it to the next floor which is similar to TWHL Tower, Here though you don't have to deal with agonizing jump puzzles... I'd say it's a partly solid first try for one's first mod effort.
