The mod in question is They Live. Chungo - They Live is a beta of said mod and It seems ok but It's so...Strange, Release date is unknown but author is who_is_naven_r_johnson.
It appears to be a retelling of the Half-Life storyline, The maps are pretty good but I never could figure out where I am supposed to go, And the ammo issue here is BAD, I guess there are fans out there but this mod feels too ambitious...
