For a one hour special, it was great and hilarious at the same time. The plot was straightforward, the characters are likable and the art style was really good. All the TMNT 2012 cast is in here reprising their roles and they nailed it. I love the interactions between the Turtles and their dino companions and there are nods to Donkey Kong along with the 87 TMNT series. In addition, we get the first female Triceraton in the series. I for one like it big time and I hope that we may get to see her in the 2012 series. If we do, it makes it better.
