Hit the helmet or neck board three consecutive times
Is meant to help build the close quarters swipe accuracy
Is meant to help build long swipe accuracy
Is meant to help build thrusting lunge force/reverse cuts
I love threes the most of all the exercises. I did not show off the swipe training. It can be used to train any weapon as well.
