The tutorial, accessed through the Academy from the main menu, has two easy to miss achievements in it.
First, you need to complete the Movement Yard in under 25 seconds; however, your first run through the course won't count. Instead of continuing forward with the tutorial, turn around and run back to the start of the course to try again. You'll need to cut corners and use boxes to mantle up walls and skip portions of the course to make the time.
Second, after grabbing a weapon from the armory and completing the firearms training, don't continue forward. instead, go back into the armor and you will notice that all of the guns are available to you. Grab one with the gold outline, like the Sniper Rifle.
