Hand-drawn 2D Action Platformer With Metroidvania Elements | Souno's Curse demo
4Hello everyone! We keep going with the demos from the Steam Next Fest. This is Souno's Curse a 2D action platformer with metroidvania elements (or, at least, that is how the game is described). Apparently, there will be a huge focus on story-telling, atmosphere and platforming, more than in combat, which you can clearly see during this first minutes of gameplay, but I would like the combat to be smoother anyways. The jump attack was pretty good, but normal attack was too short on range and can't really move while doing it, also the roll has some delay on it; because of all that, boss fight was pretty boring. Nothing to complain about sound and graphic design.
