Ok so I looked back on my cards and thought how I could get the golden token with any cards I currently had. And I figured out what I had to do. A few episodes ago with the saving of villages from the northerners I got a card that filled the board with desert tiles. You have to trigger that card on the 4th map to just walk over there, so you can give whatshisname the vial. Emporor asshole doesn't give you the +100 health so you need the +5 health supply item to stay alive, and the lion's heart to heal yourself so you don't die in a single hit.
