Harley Riders - A Little Too Close To Me - Unnecessary!
0**DISCLAIMER - PLEASE READ: Before you take this video as a blunt response towards any and all Harley riders, you'll have those groups or certain ones out there that are going to act like these guys did to me because I was on a sport bike. I do not think that all Harley riders are douchebags. I know and have met many guys that ride Harley's and we have respect for each other and the fact that we're brothers and family we ride motorcycles and have interests that are similar with two wheels and an engine. My next motorcycle was going to be a Harley and you know what I will be a part of that group of guys that respect all as a part of our community.
You also can barely notice but about 10+ of them are all scattered across two lanes on the road behind me. I purposely sped up to try to space myself away from them.
You'll see why I was really annoyed with how close they decided to whiz past me (I was already going 10 over the speed limit; they were going at least 55-60) and then the guy on the left who decided to pass me in the turning lane. That puts me on edge because I was getting closer and closer to the area where I get in the turning lane to go down a side street to my house. If I had gotten in that lane when he was there, I could have been injured or killed. Of course none of them had helmets on or any protective gear.
I wave to all motorcycles and of course there's that idea out there that only Harley's wave to Harley's and you will see that. It's obviously quite surprising when they do wave back at me.
