Chapter 3 Year 3 Spring day 9 and 10, Summer day 1. We hybridize a pair of rare crops: number 24 and 25. These have the same combinations of 2nd generation crops but which one you get will depend on the time of day which you hybridize. Rare crop 24 can be hybridized from Tartan during the nighttime hours of 6:00 pm to 5:59 am. Rare crop 25 is hybridized during the daytime from 6:00 am to 5:59 pm. They don't influence any career path (besides farming) like the light bulbs or instruments I hybridized earlier but rare crop 24 can be used for cooking as a "special spice". I also gave Mocha a Miracle Potion on Summer day 1.
