Haunted Towers is the 3rd level of the Dream Weavers Homeworld. There are 3 Dragons & 500 Gems to be found here. When I played this game as a kid, I wasn't able to find Copano the dragon & the nearby treasure until years after completing all of the other levels in the game.

Dragons:
#1 Kosoko (1:10): Near the beginning of the level, take the vortex up to the higher level and continue along this path. Kosoko is found just after the little bridge.

#2 Lutalo (2:39): Take the level's 2nd vortex up to the Supercharge. In the room behind the wooden door, directly across from the exit of the Supercharge is Lutalo.

#3 Copano (4:00): Go to the top of the Supercharge and run downwards. While charged, run out of the far door on the right side. Instead of running up the spiral ramp, jump off of the ledge to the left. Go up the ramp where the vortex leading to the Supercharge is and jump off the back ledge. Hug the castle wall & land on the platform you come to. Ride the vortex up and then go to the left to find Copano.
