Key provided by dev. Big thanks to Jesse @IllegallySighted for telling me about this game.

+ Simple, clean graphics, font, mouse pointer and UI
- No scaling UI. Some parts are difficult to discern
- No alternative to drag/drop
- Game starts unpaused
* Scaling UI
* Hardware pointer option
* Font options (dyslexia font?)
* Alternate "dark" UI (white text on black)
* Alternate timer display (bolder, vertical, etc. Lots of directions to go. Maybe an audio cue when the timers are close to completing? Tone denotes plot?)
* Auto-pause options (think Baldur's Gate or Rimworld. Pause on crop completion, request queue, etc.)
* Option for opaque right-sidebar? Mouse-over to opaque?
* Alternate to the wheel menu? "list mode?" Might be easier on controller should you go for controller support which is an accessibility ask on its own.
* Controller/keyboard controls?
* Hotkeys for speed (tilde for pause along with space 1-4 for speeds.)
* Offer an alternative to drag/drop (click to select, right click to deselect, click again to place. See Monster Train for an example of using both methods as options.)
* Option for starting game paused

Look into dotAGE for Michel's take on accessibility because he really knocked it out of the park and I think more indie roguelike devs can take cues from his work. https://store.steampowered.com/app/638510/dotAGE/
