The Predator is a new Medium (Type-B) Defensive mech added in Hawken: Invasion. The Predator can cloak much like the infiltrator, but unlike the infiltrator can maintain its cloak for a nigh infinite duration. The Predator can also see through walls while it's cloaked but loses long range visual acuity as a trade-off. The Predator brings with it two new weapons to the game. The Breacher which can be used as a short range shotgun or a long range Railgun depending on how long you hold the trigger. The ISM Disruptor is a 'flashbang' type weapon that can bounce off walls and blind enemies.

I loved the idea of Predator on paper, but found the mech to be severely lacking on execution. There are many ideas that look like they would work well but just fall short of expectation. Find out what's bad and what's ugly in this video.
