In our From NAND To Tetris course, we used a sort of toy HDL language that only supported structural HDL. Some people have asked how they could use Verilog or VHDL for a project like this. The answer, of course, is "You have to learn it!"
This video discusses one way to get some practice with Verilog through a web-based mechanism.
