Description: The protagonist is a guy who died in a car crash. The god of reincarnation, Nya, gives him a new life in a fantasy world, with a cheat ability that allows him to make girls fall in love with him via headpats. The protagonist is also allowed to choose their name, gender, and class, with the first two being mostly cosmetic. However, it becomes obvious that there is something horribly wrong with this Isekai.

The overall story is alright, but there are some awkward parts of the translation, such as the use of "queue." I wasn't a big fan of the game's economy though, since it's ridiculously expensive to take care of both your healing and equipment upgrades. Additionally, every time you beat a boss, you also permanently disable all encounters on the boss's floor, making the resource scarcity even worse.
At the age of 16, the protag's sister tells them that they need to defeat the cultist of Daemon Sultan Azathoth , who is at Brichester Castle. You'll probably notice that there seems to be another sister in the dungeon and that Nya can delete objects and NPCs on a whim.
The western class girls on the left side of the castle have various conflicts with the protag, but you can headpat 'em to make them love you.
On hard mode, you will get less EXP and money from chests/events and you can only carry 5 healing items total, not five of each. However, the Nya statue in the back will allow you to change the difficulty for free. I recommend only turning on hard mode for the bosses while using easy mode for all non-boss events. You can also try grinding on easy mode to make a net profit.
For healing, you are dependent on healing items, since you have no healer or inn. There is a maintenance option at the bundle shop, but it can only be done once per playthrough, due to the in-story time constraints.
For weapons and armor, unlike me, save up for the bundles, since they are more cost efficient than buying gear individually.

The boss will autocast Petroleum at the start of the fight, which is meant to make their wizard's fire spells stronger. You can't take out the wizard quickly due to the knight blocking the way, so you'll need to cast Rainwater to make fire attacks weaker. Keep in mind that doing so will make the enemy rogue's lightning attacks stronger. Since all the enemies are girls, you can headpat them to knock their MP to 0.

They'll follow a similar knight/rogue/mage setup as the previous boss, only the skeleton is a guy and the enemies are much stronger.

Turns out she owns this castle and the undead around here, not the cultist. She's powerful, but you can also headpat her.
If you didn't use maintenance yet, now would be a good time. Use the powder you got from Gla'aki to expose your sister as a fake, allowing you to free the real one from the dungeon (who also looks dead inside). Buy up all the gear and items you need, since there's a point of no return if you go deeper into the castle.
You take control of the protag's soul and explore a hospital room, which contains cameos from the dev's other game. You'll also find the protag's comatose body and some of their writings about their ideal isekai world.
Turns out the real name of Daemon Sultan Azathoth is the protag's true name. The cultist, a friend of the protag in real life, simply wants him to wake up. However, Nya argues that there's nothing for the protag in the real world.
To get Ending 4, simply say no at the first prompt. For the other endings, pick yes and then pick your team. To get ending 2, reject your fantasy sister. For ending 1, reject the cultist.

Remember, Nya gave him headpat too. If the protag has Stone Wall, they can tank the headpat.
Ending 1 has to be obtained once for each sex if you want the achievements. Ending 2 makes me wonder if the protag is still in a coma, since they're still in an unrealistic power fantasy, albeit for a zombie apocalypse rather than a JRPG.
