Description:
The fallen Holy Being, Zardon, created an army of Moria to ravage the land, but was sealed away by the Radiant Arc. In the present, the Moria resurface to steal the shards of the Grand Crystal, destroying Linky's hometown in the process. Despite his cynicism concerning the legend of the Radiant Arc, Linky will have to accept his new role as the Arc in order to save the world from Zardon once more.

The moisture in this area makes it self-destructive to use thunder attacks, but ice is still good against aquatic enemies.
At the boss room, we learn that Undyne is the one who taught Tamotsu to suppress his emotions, which Lumi takes offense to. Tamotsu notes that emotional suppression means Undyne doesn't really have a sense of camaraderie that could have helped her resist the Morians' control.

Tamotsu has Undyne swear a new oath where the two of them will embrace their emotions. Undyne does so by killing Tamotsu and revealing she was crushing on him all along. Lumi isn't happy about that, since she's crushing on the ninja too.
