I have played much happier games this week than Life is Strange 2, and this part of the episode was in stark contrast to my gaming habits recently. I'm not even sure if Mushroom's death was necessary from a plot point of view. I almost feel like it was done just to make us upset. It happened so fast, we took her, and now she's dead, and it's kind of our fault? But then I also think there's been a theme of people (puppies?) being taken away too soon, Chris' mum, Esteban, now Mushroom. So maybe the game is about grief and how we process it, like Life is Strange was about relating to people.

Anyway, welcome back to my blind playthrough of Life is Strange 2, this is part 6 and we are playing Episode 2: Rules. I'm going to be recording back to back this weekend (because PAX!) so I guess I'll find out how everything ties in with Captain Spirit soon!
