While the Southerners do have the fewest citizens willing to be workers of the four cultures, the workers who DO show up work pretty hard. But 'pretty hard' might not be good enough to meet the demands of our growing city. It is time we expanded but also organized so that we may bring magic into the mix to keep our city growing properly.
