And since this one was light on details, here's a list of every major addition I've made to the game at Stugan:

Made guards spawn in clusters to make difficult challenges
Made them leave on errands to make the challenge doable
Added simple teleporter
Added grenades: timed, impact, proximity, breach, kill, concussion, sticky
Fixed slowmo walking bug
Hold fire to aim a gun in slowmo
Added Shield, Repulsor, and Super Shield upgrades for guards
Airlock collision fixes
Suction reworked and fixed: suction fields added
Window breaking improvements
Characters now have randomised starting inventories
Camera shows getting captured better
Reworked ship generation to generate in self-contained segments
Linked those segments with locked doors and keys so they're interesting but completable
Added new teleporter types: Visitor, Swapper and Snake
Added Sentry guns: rotate between entrances, arm, fire
Sentry guns can be disabled
Sentry guns can be hacked to your side - hack grenade added
Added mission listings computer
Mission listings offer variety of difficulties
Made ship generator actually use those difficulty ratings: ship size, number of guards, guard equipment, turrets, etc.
Added new autopilot system to make flying to missions smoother and easier
Added station autodocking to make that easier
Added new inventory system to let you assign items to both mouse buttons on a pause screen, instead of fiddling in-game
