HeliCanConvertQuality / Integer Default 5, min 1, max 5 / stops Heli from being able to convert above a certain tier of item
HeliCanConvertTek / Boolean Default False / determines if Tek gear is able to be converted by Heli
HeliCanConvertCrafted / Boolean Default False/ determines if crafted equipment is able to be converted by Heli
HeliCanRefundResources / Boolean Default True / determines if Heli will give a small amount of crafting resources back when breaking down an item
HeliBPMaxCraftAmount / Integer Default 0, min 0, max 100 / Determines how many crafts the converted blueprint will have. Default is based on converted item
HeliBlacklistedItems / Int, Float, or String / Uses an array for items the player may or may not want to have as convertible. Default is Lasso and M.O.M.I.
HeliSetSuccessRateCap / Float Default -0.100001, min -1.0, max 0.0 (0.0=100%, -1.0=0%) / Determines the cap for success rate, and when a player should no longer be able to level the stat
