No matter how many times I play map12 I always get lost in that giant platforming room. 42:58 the spray of the second shot completely missed him, I guess I was too far forward. First time using a rune. The life leech is really strong. For those not in the know - runes spawn rarely from the bosses and give you a buff for the entire map.
