Kill 100,000 enemies. I think most efficient way to rack up kills is to play difficulty 6-8 solo vs Bugs on either Desert or Volcanic Planet missions. I pretty consistently racked up 200 to 250+ kills in each 6-7 minute mission I ran this way.

My preferred loadout for this is A/RX-34 Railcannon Turret x2, LAS-12 'Tanto', REC-6 'Demolisher', and LIFT-850 Jump Pack with Displacement Field Perk for those times you get hit by own turret.
