hello its me – speedart
Hello, it's me. Well, sorta.
I decided that I'd draw something more akin to what I actually look like–brown hair and eyes, mid-Caucasian colour skin, pretty bland features, but I don't have the pointed ears, *that* was purely fictitious. Of course, I'm also not a blocky creature. No, I'm very round and shapely unlike my creation here. I do have that blue hoodie and red belt in reality, though. As well, this incarnation of Guy Smith is starring at an ender pearl, if you can't figure by the colours and glowing. He really doesn't get how it works, just like I do...
Anyway, that's the idea: it's actually me, not my character Junior. You know, blond with intense blue-green eyes, affinity for cardigans, my typical profile picture like here on YouTube, possibly gayer that I am–yeah, that guy. I always draw him, or his boyfriend, so I feel like I'm missing out on some stuff by always doing that. I had also planned to eventually do something with a Minecrafty, or cartoony and blocky feel, and so this happened.

Also, happy 200th video! I realised a while after uploading this when I went to check on annotations that this was my 200th video on my channel. I'll make a video about it sometime soon. Hopefully this will suffice for this milestone. I feel like it's a nice little turn to mark the era, and maybe you'll agree with me.

~~~Time breakdown~~~
~Stuff not in the video: about an hour and a half was spent sketching, with another twenty minutes of faffing about trying to get the thing to allow me to generate a stencil before I said 'screw it' and stopped trying, deleting that section of footage because it was only that and nothing came of it.
~The video says 'about two hours,' and the actual time was an hour and fifty minutes.
~I spent about ten minutes on the thumbnail, not much to say about it really.
Overall, there's about four hours and twenty minutes in this drawing, and I quite like it. I've tried Minecrafty drawings before, and this was definitely a better on in my honest opinion, though I did go a little weird with the lighting effects. At least I tried them out, it's not that horrible :3
