A Petition to Help Save CentOS Linux. Learn about how you can try and help save CentOS by signing a Petition. The Linux community enjoys CentOS because it's a stable release version of RHEL. Great for running servers and offers small businesses an alternative to the Red Hat Enterprise version of Linux. CentOS 8 is the latest release of CentOS and the plan is to deprecate it by the end of 2021 for the rolling release model called CentOS Stream.
