On the one job I thought the house needed some more stuff and wanted to blow the customers budget. So when I didnt know what to add, i thought "lets add a bunch of toilet paper with your house" so the customer got many rolls of toilet paper! Along with that, we had issues with our tenant not having rent and only being able to pay us half. We ended up re negotiating our deal and she has a longer lease. BUT mark my words, I will not keep giving extensions and being easy!
