My previous video of this game was a "mostly unsuccessful" attempt. This one is a more successful try a bit farther along in game progression, obtaining my first ever Titan-level piece of equipment.

Unlike most games of this kind where an advanced player has to rely on item drops from monsters, here you can buy even the most powerful equipment other than relics. I wrangled up enough gold to buy my first piece of equipment of the next type. I wasn't sure, but a helmet was a good choice, since my new Titan Helmet +0 boosted gold gained quite a bit from what I was getting with Helmet of Tranquility +3. So now I can buy other Titan equipment more easily.

This time I didn't fight as many bosses at the start, which probably makes this video better, lol ... less messing around. I like to show as many bosses as I can when I record this kind of game.

This is Hero's Quest: Automatic RPG, one of seven games I know of from this RPG sub-genre. You have a limited number of fights to grow your level and get as far as you can, then you start over and try it again. During the attempt you may buy gear and have gear drop from foes, and although you can't keep money from one try to the next, you can keep the gear ... giving you a good chance at making it farther next time. As far as I know, the ingenious game that invented this sub-genre was Inflation RPG. I like this style of game a lot. I wanna see more of them, lol.
