Orcs Must Die 2 is an extremely clever tower defense/action rpg, where you have to line the floors, ceilings, and walls with all manner of traps to cull the orc horde before it reaches your mystical gateway(s). It's probably the best TD game I've ever played, and it is playable in co-op, which is absolutely fantastic.
