Replacement for the Engineer-Teleporter. Allows all Teammates to jump on or over obstacles. The High-Flyer is for shortcuts or new flanking tactics to give additional Gameplay options for common maps we know for months (Egypt. Steel, Doublecross, Gydan etc.). This Jumper does not increase his jumping power with upgrades. Upgrades on it will just decrease the cooldowntime.
