Intro Paragraph: Oh, hi there! It’s me, Himiko Toga, your favorite bundle of chaos and cuteness! So, wanna know how I wreak havoc in My Hero Ultra Rumble? Well, first, I've got my Knife Throw – I just love tossing these sharp little friends at my enemies. It's like playing darts, but way more fun! Then there's my Slasher Killer Knife acrobatics – watch me flip and twist out of harm's way like a deadly dance! Finally, my favorite: Blood Siphon. I get up just close enough for my syringes to reach, draw a little blood, and voilà! I can become anyone I want. It's like playing dress-up, but with more stabbing! So, come play with me, if you dare!

The Abilities:

My Alpha is so much fun! I can throw knives so far, but they do have their limits on range, sadly. The higher level I am, the more knives I get to throw at once! Isn't it amazing? They don't go any further but, more blades means a bigger chance of blood!! And I get more throws too, so I can keep the fun going longer! At level 1, my knives do about 19 damage, but at level 9, they hit even harder with around 29 damage. Doesn’t that just thrill you? More knives, more damage, more fun!

Oh, there’s also my lovely beta ability, Slasher Killer Knife! It’s my go-to for staying nimble when I don’t have any fresh blood. It locks onto my close target, stuns them, and deals some delicious damage. I can even knock someone down and use the dash distance to make a quick getaway! And guess what? Every time I hit someone, my dash resets and extends, so I can keep the fun going! If I don’t have a target, I just gotta aim where I want to dash and off I go! Even upwards for some extra height! Leveling this up makes it even more deadly, with more damage and wider swings! So delightful!~

Now, my favorite, the gamma! Blood Siphon is the best! I just look in the direction of my target, give them a little ranged poke, and steal some of their blood. It’s so satisfying! And when I level this baby up, it goes even further and does way more damage! I love how I can even cleverly arc it over walls, catching those pesky heroes by surprise. More blood, more power, more fun for me! It’s like my own little secret weapon. Just talking about it is making me thirsty!

Now that you’re besties with my abilities, it’s time for my special action to shine! When someone gets downed, I can extract blood straight from the source and use it to change who I am! If I need blood but no one is down, I can always rely on my gamma to get blood from afar! When I change, I get entirely new abilities and even a new special action! And I can stay changed for up to forty seconds!

Oh, but just keep in mind… the level of any obtained abilities from transforming will be based on my target’s levels at the time of stealing blood. And just be aware that using cards or anything to level up during my transformation will level up that specific form and not any of my core abilities outside of transformation, effectively losing the levels! So, play smart, my little villains, and let’s cause some chaos!

P.S. Double tap crouch to end your transformation early! And when you transform, your non-transformed abilities reset. Feel free to swap as much as you want if you need new abilities!
