Agent 47 or Knight and Stone are sent to eliminate Colonel Jin Noo, Captain Lhom Kwai and Captain Re Thak, heads of the 7th Special Forces Group of Heavenly Guard, an elite force of Khandanyang - a fictional country under the rule of dictator Sun Po - in Hantu Port, Singapore where the Heavenly Guard was preparing to smuggle Han Ldong and his wife Ma Ldong to Khandayang. Han Ldong is a national poet of Khandanyang who has defected to the US with his wife during a UN meeting and they were put in witness protection. However, two days before the time of the contract, the Heavenly Guard infiltrated the suburban home lived by the Ldongs and successfully captured them, planning to bring them back to Khandanyang for a public execution during the birthday of Sun Po.

The ICA has been contracted to stop the Heavenly Guard from bringing Han Ldong and his wife back to Khandanyang and so 47 or Knight and Stone have been dispatched to intercept them at Hantu Port, Singapore where the Heavenly Guard was preparing to smuggle the Ldongs inside a cargo ship. 47 or Knight and Stone set up a sniper nest, successfully eliminate Colonel Jin Noo, Captain Kwai, Captain Re Thak and all of the Heavenly Guard soldiers in the port and protected Han Ldong and Ma Ldong from being executed in their home country.
