This is a guide for completing all the challenges in the Terminus mission in Hitman: Absolution. After you have done the challenges and have done the mission on purist you can expect 53,550 score which is after having collected all the pieces of evidence.
Until you do a last run of this mission to get a high score I suggest you play on the normal difficulty, which is the lowest difficulty you can play on and complete the challenges.
Completing the Chameleon Challenge
The Chameleon challenge requires you to find and put on all the disguises in the mission (janitor, guard and electrician).
The janitor disguise is on a table after you have gone through the ventilation shaft out of the flooded cellar.
To get the guard outfit you can just take down a guard and take his outfit. I did it when I was trying to be stealthy and failed. Instead of restarting I surrendered.
Took the guard as a hostage and knocked him out and took his outfit. You can take the electrician's disguise from the electrician working in the flooded basement. Simply subdue him and take his outfit.
Completing the Suit Only Challenge
The Suit Only challenge requires you to complete all parts of this mission whilst wearing the suit.
To complete the suit only challenge I found it best to shoot my way through the Terminus Hotel part. Just go through the front door and shoot everyone in sight. Then call the elevator and fend off any guards that appear. For the Upper Floors area I suggest you follow the guide I wrote for that, only on the normal difficulty and you don't need to bother getting the evidence. After you have pulled the last guard through the window just go up to the door, pick it and finish the mission. You can find the guide here:

Completing the A Night In Paradise Mission
The A Night In Paradise mission requires you to find a movie reel and play it on the projector in the upper floors.
Go into the room the projector points into. It is the room that you are facing when you stand as though you have just left the elevator on the eighth floor. The movie reel is on a table near the projector screen.
Then go into the room the projector is in (which is the room to the left of the room you fond the movie reel in). If the guards are still in the room wait for their conversation to finish and one of them to leave. Then go into the room and play the movie.
Completing the Housekeeping Challenge
The Housekeeping challenge requires you to take out 10 guards without being detected.

When you are on the eight floor the first guard you can take out is the guard that is leaning out of the window near the entrance to the eight floor.
Then throw a wrench near the window and a guard will show up. If he is close enough to the window simply throw him out, otherwise sneak up on him, garrote him and dump him out of the window. This will work a second time. Next go into the room with the projector in it. Wait for the two guards to have stopped their conversation and one of them to have left. Sneak up on the remaining guard and garrote him.
Then go out through the door to other guard went though and take the guard out as well. Hide both the bodies in the cabinet that is in the room with the projector in it. Next go into the room with the movie reel in it. On one of the tables near a cabinet is a bottle. Take it and throw it on the left side of the cabinet at the wall.
A guard will come and investigate. Garrote him and hide his body in the cabinet. This trick will work once more, there is another bottle in the room with the elevator in it. Then go into the room the guards came out of. There is a guard standing near a window, push him out.
In the same room is a piano. Knock the pin out. A guard will come out of the room ahead, so be sure to stay in such cover that he can't detect you. Once he is near the piano sneak up on him and take him out. Dump the body out of a window. The last victim is in the room the previous guard just came out of. Sneak up on him, garrote him and dump his body out of a window.
Completing the Don't Disturb Challenge
The Don't Disturb challenge requires you to complete the mission without subduing or killing anyone.
