Okay. Its time to tackle the third mission of this game. The two rivalizing gangs are getting at each others throats and have arranged for a meeting to sort this thing out.

We need to kill the Red Dragon guy which will enrage the Red Dragon triad and hide his body so we can use his disguise to kill the chief of police and leave trace of the Red Dragon triad at the scene and in addition, leave the Blue Lotus negotiator alive to tell the tale.
