Someone on the steam forums mentioned to download the latest 2.5.1 dlss dll to fix FPS issues. I also turned off Nvidia boost as I saw another youtube video mentioning it helps too. This is my benchmark footage.

Before swapping, I was barely getting 60 FPS on medium settings with DLSS.
