Hogwarts Legacy technical problems for PC gamers are quite a big problem. As much so that many poor reviews indicate just at that!
While investigating and trying to find a solution for my fellow gamers I found some weird things and many limitations with DLSS, DLAA, NIS, Ray Tracing and other anomalies!

Engine file location:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Hogwarts Legacy\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Engine.ini

Add the following lines at the bottom of the file:
[SystemSettings]
r.RayTracing.Reflections.ScreenPercentage=100
r.RayTracing.Reflections.ReflectionCaptures=1
r.RayTracing.AmbientOcclusion.Intensity=1
