The Skill Issue Achievement: Clear stage mode without having any Character Skills (Fandom off).

Eliminate all three of your chosen character's skills ingame when leveling up and then defeat the 20 minute boss.

You *CAN'T* level up any of the character's skills, or you fail the achievement, so refund the Fandom enhancement in the shop to make sure your chosen character doesn't start with their skills already leveled up.
