I invented this recipe this morning for brunch.
Its fairly easy to make and you may change the topping with either Chorizo, sliced BBQ chicken or make it pure vegeterian. The choice is yours.
Now this dish is pretty spicy, but you may use very small amount of each of the spices, showed in my video. 1/2 tea spoon is enough. I used sunflower oil, but you may use Olive oil if you prefer that for the marination.


This dish is dedicated to Vaultgirl145, the ironic part is that she doesnt eat very much spicy food. :P
