INGREDIENTS:
Frozen Green Pees
Frozen Sweet Corn
Frozen Mushrooms
Fresh Carrots
Fresh Spring Onions
Fresh Green Bell Peppers
Fresh Red horn Peppers
Salt & Pepper
Olive oil
Corn Starch
Semolina
Mixed salat
Walnuts
Pine Cone Seeds
Broccoli
Balsamic Vinegar with Honey
Green Apple
Sesame
Instructions:
Place in the blender the Frozen ingredients and blend for 30 sec. they might not break down fully don't worry. Place them in a bowl for for now. Add the Spring onions, peppers, carrots, salt & pepper in the blender and mix until well done. Pour them in the bowl with the frozen ingredients. Mix and add a little bit of olive oil. Pace them all together back in the blender and spin them for 30 sec. Put them in a bowl and add either Semolina or corn starch to create an mixture you can give shape to.
Cook with a bit of oil oil in a frying pan or alternatively in the oven using a tray covered with cooking paper @ 180 C for 15 min or so.
Mistakes that were made: When using semolina you will see that they break once cooked. To correct is mistake add more semolina. I didn't use it to start with fearing that it would make the burger hard. If you don't over cook it it is fine and crisp. Cooking with semolina it might take you a while to find the right amounts. Cooking is no fun without some experimentation :)
For the salad this time we took a ready cut and washed one. For the dressing we took a frying pan and added a tea spoon of olive oil, sesame, the walnuts, pine cone seeds, green apple, and broccoli and mix them well for 1-2 min. Ended with some balsamic vinegar.
NOTE: IF you don't like the acidic taste of the vinegar don't add it in the frying pan. It amplifies its acidic taste and the apple will soak up most of it. To avoid this simply add some later on the salad. Top with fresh olive oil.
