Beef wrapped in prosciutto and fyllo pastry
Something i tried to cook first time and i did it live.. Mistakes were made :)
INGREDIENTS:
Beef any size you like ( we used matured beef)
Fyllo pastry
prosciutto (enough to cover the meat)
Pepper
Some Sesame
Instructions:
Cover the meat plenty of pepper nd press it on the meat. Cook the beef in a frying pan until 50% done. Remove and let it rest for 1-3 min. Cover with the prosciutto the saem way you would do in a roll. Then roll both with the fyllo patry. Brush with some egg and some Sesame then bake fro 20-30 min at 180C or until golden.
Things i did wrong:
Added the pepper on the other side of the beef after it was cook so it didnt get stuck on it.
I did roll the meat and the pastry well together. I left loose parts. When i cut it they came apart. Make sure its like a roll.
Donut like sweet:
INGREDIENTS:
Self rising flour
egg
milk
honey
cinammon
Sesame
Instructions:
Add the Flour, egg and milk and mix to make a barter. The thicker you make it themore "bready" it will become. Fry them in olive oil or sun flower oil until golden. Cover with Honey, abit of cinammon and Sesame and enjoy.
On the video i made mine very bready, the problem with that is, if thye get cold get hard.. but i llike it.
