This is the Conundrum 6 full run. I've tried the Break team: Firefly, Imaginary MC, Ruan Mei and Lingsha. A good strategy is to get all the Wealth domain you see, focus on getting components and cosmic fragments (most of the curios are not worth here except those related to components and cosmic frags). Also the Encounter domain are very good since you could get a lot of components.

Scepters: get 1 speed and 2 charge scepters. Open, Reversal and Sealing are the top (or replace Sealing with Denouement, i thought the latter was not so good but i see it works well with the other 2 Scepters)

Components: the best components are Extinction Program, Field of Binding and Distortion Vortex (unluckily i got only 1 of them here) since need to break shield asap to don't get hit because in the Floor 4 the battle is very long, they get buffs and then can kill your chars in 1 hit. Then focus on Break components and those that increase the casting speed of the Scepters.

Boss Floor 3: probably i got the hardest one since i couldn't do dmg to Sam until he has removed his shield... the other bosses are easier.

Floor 4: Need a bit of luck on the char they hit, i lost the fight. Probably i would have won if i had the right components (Field of Binding and Distortion Vortex). I've tried other times later but the max i've got has been 1 bar left to the Wolf boss. He just need 1 atk to shot one or more char!!! That's why putting speed up components is the key to win.
