The controls in Horror Hospital II are the standard for the genre. With your left thumb, you can freely move your character around the level, while with your right thumb you can crouch, pick up objects, and interact with any item on the level. Like this you can, for example, get keys and use them under closed doors.
The adventure in Horror Hospital II starts outside the hospital facility, where you'll start noticing that something's not right. Once you manage to go inside the facility, things get substantially worse, with strange sounds, objects that move ... and something much worse. Yep, it won't be long before you realize ... you're not alone.
Horror Hospital II is a nice first-person horror game that carries on the story from the first installment, offering a similar experience. Plus the game has great graphics and a ton of different areas to explore. And it's certain to deliver more than one and more than two serious frights.
