Dead Rising 2 has managed to evolve from a worse Off the Record to its own unique run that is quite fun, the reason why is because we had to adapt in order to overcome the games rough skateboarding and mean gameplay loop.

Outside of skilled playing Dead Rising 2 is an interesting run because
Ghost Boarding which allows us to skate THROUGH zombies
More skilled boarding in general since we have weaker boards
Quickstep routing so we run really fast in the late game
Tight boss fights since the games combat is lethal if we make a mistake

Plus if that was not enough for you we use a spitball gun to destroy a helicopter.
