A very brief return to my childhood. This was one of two games that was on the CRT in my elementary school classroom. The other was Oregon Trail (dunno which version), which I actually beat as a child. This thing is fine, but like most early edu-tainment, it barely counts as educational. My main gripe is that the business model seems super predatory. This game has three level packs, which you had to order separately at the time: Grizzleville and the Castle, Gruzzlebad Caverns, and Spooky Haunted House. Each was about $20 to order. My gripe is that they don't commit to these themes to the extent that they are basically flat-out lies. Every pack has several levels that use the assets from the others, and for some reason there are always three or four levels with a Mexican desert theme. Also the last half of the levels from each have only one enemy each and no stage hazards. Baffling.
