*** Quests & Events ***

- Mean Streets (Mission) - Jakarashev should no longer restore all of his health when he teleports to one of his illusions.
- Animist Khalan now responds properly when hailed, and will no longer offer you tasks for which you do not meet the requirements.


*** Items ***

- Devotee's Focus of the Selenelion will no longer drop in Night of Shadows mission zones.

This will make mean streets mission faster for sure, but be careful he will now summon folks when he ports at 22% and 7%.

When One Door Closes now requires the zones partisan to request the mission. So if you plan to farm the mission for the cloak please get your quests done.

Speculation of new type 19 drop being removed from mission instance. This is something to keep an eye on if they plan to release new type 18/19 augs this expansion.
