The Houlton development in Rugby is a massive housing development on the outskirts of the town, on the former Rugby Radio Station site.

The quality of this video isn't great, but I wanted to put it out there as a record of what the site was like in 2020 before lots of development started.

The new Houlton Way link road is included in both directions at the start and end of the video.
