House Flipper - Part 14 - Fixing The Outside Of The Building
0Hey everyone and welcome back to House Flipper!
I really enjoy playing this game as it is so relaxing to play whilst listening to music and cleaning up. We have been sent a job request for a house that needs cleaning and redecorating. We are able to get through these jobs much faster now as we have been unlocking new skills along the way.
Some of the cleaning activities are so satisfying to do in this game. Some of the customers even trust us to sell their old furniture and buy new items to replace them. This means we are even able to relocate the furniture in the rooms.
We then head to another property that we own to spend some more money and time doing it up to sell. For the house, we even begin repairing the outside to make the home look nicer before you even walk inside. We even spend time looking through what our customers want and try to make a house more compatible for them.
It will take some time before this house is ready to sell. Check back next time as we continue to work on it and sell it to buy an even bigger property.
