Taking all of the potential for injury out of skateboarding is much, much easier than it seems - and for people of all ages! it's all in how you approach it, simply a matter of education.

We've all seen people get obliterated on skateboards. All of these injuries you see are completely avoidable. I don't want to see any more newer/beginner skaters break their skeletons in half - so at the request of a few people in an online skater's group, I made this instructional video on 100% SAFE skateboarding.

I haven't seen any other videos that really target this aspect of skateboarding - so i'm very hopeful that this will minimise the amount of injuries I see coming out of newer skateboarders. Skateboarding is such a tremendous gift - it's the greatest gift my life has been given. If you approach it right, this same gift that serves a profound physical health, mental health, social, and creative virtue to skateboarders worldwide is yours to feel the bliss of. You'll see what I'm talking about in the video. : )
