How do four young individuals confront the challenges posed by their incurable conditions? Witness four youths live life as they deal with blood disorders, diabetes and an autonomic nervous system.

At 18, Dominic Vaz has Haemophilia A, a disorder that makes it hard for his blood to clot. As the polytechnic student works on engineering projects that require him to handle sharp tools, how will Dominic mitigate the risks? Facing a similar challenge is 15-year-old Lee Jue Ming, who is not allowed to participate in contact sports or venture far on his own due to his Haemophilia B condition. But Jue Ming is determined to strive for his independence.

Meanwhile, 13-year-old Constance Ong starts life as a teenager in a new secondary school. She grapples with Type 1 Diabetes and wonders if her new friends will accept her need to check glucose levels up to seven times a day. Will they find her weird? At the same time, 21-year-old Venetia Soon, who suffers from PoTs (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), moves into her university dorm but wrestles with multiple dizzy spells and frequent rapid palpitations.
