How do you get the Windows 98 menu font?

I've been trying to find this out for a while, but you can't download it from the internet. I can get access to it, but not actually USE it, as it copies the font from the OS that you are on (eg, it CHANGES in Vista, and Windows 7).

If there IS a way to download this font, or duplicate, or manipulate it (without making it rasterized), i'd be thankful.
