Pretty much it is a modded 3DS that you can check out in that link and I show you all the little things that are in the video/
When you get one you get the following
3DS with the capture device soldered in (you can buy one yourself to send to him or let him get it by paying him the extra money for it)
Ground loop isolator (you need to get the male to male cable yourself which you plug into to the isolator and into the 3DS headphone jack)
Micro USB Cable
Once you get your modded 3DS (with the cable) you can then start working with videos ASAP or try to get yourself another recording software
