How does MAGIC effect D&D? Trying to explain D&D canon again

There still seems to be some confusion between what is Cannon in 5th edition D&D as of 10/11/2022 and what is Cannon in your own game. Since Magic, the Gathering, and D&D are both made by Hasbro some people seem to think that if it exists in magic then it officially exists in D&D, and NO IT DOES NOT!
By your logic, Peppa Pig exists in official 5E D&D because Hasbro owns her as well?

I never play D&D but I watch Critical Role so you're doing D&D wrong!
